I'm a senior at Bentonville West High School. I'm currently involved with DECA, Investing Club, and Speech & Debate. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Through this program, I hope to promote business education and help other students expand their knowledge in an accessible way!
Prashita Rambha
I'm a junior at Bentonville West High School. I am the VP of Career Development for DECA, the Physics section leader for our Science Olympiad, and a STEM Ambassador for the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. My hobbies include dancing, drawing, and learning new languages!
Dinu Soare
I’m currently a senior at Haas Hall Academy Bentonville. At school, I participate in the Beta club, I’m a tutor for Academic Support, co-president of the DECA Club, and play for the school’s varsity soccer team. In my free time I enjoy playing with my dog, listening to music, and playing table tennis!
Nishka Gandu
I'm a senior at Centennial High School where I work to pursue a Cybersecurity degree with a minor in Business in the future. In my spare time, I love to volunteer in my community, read, paint and watch LOTS of movies! I'm excited to be a part of the NSB team and hope to contribute my best!
Oorvi Chandra
I’m a junior at Bentonville West and a writer with a big love for thoughtful storytelling.
In my free time you’ll probably find me skating around town, curled up with a book, or baking something sweet. I love noticing the small, beautiful things—both in life and in the pieces I create.
Jaithra Polavarapu
I'm a junior at Bentonville West High School. I'm actively involved in DECA, Quiz Bowl, Science Olympiad, and Debate. Beyond the classroom, I’m passionate about martial arts and currently hold a 2nd degree black belt in Songahm Taekwondo. In my free time I enjoy hiking and playing pickleball.

Mairesse Rianto
I’m currently a junior at Bentonville High School. If I’m not cramming for AP Biology, you can find me practicing for my school’s orchestra, volunteering with the Red Cross, and helping out with Crystal Bridges events. I also enjoy cooking and listening to music if time allows.
Hamsika Nethala
I’m a senior at Bentonville West High School, where I study Global Business and stay active in my school’s community. Outside the classroom, you’ll often find me competing with DECA, participating in HOSA events, or playing in the Badminton Club.

I'm a junior at Bentonville West High School, I placed 1st in DECA, and currently co-Vice President of Leadership of DECA. With a 4.08 GPA and strong AP coursework, I'm passionate about business, technology, and innovation. Outside academics, I am swimmer, Quiz Bowl competitor, and active volunteer.
Saryu Gurrala
I'm currently a junior at Bentonville High School. I’m a Year 1 Ignite Global Business student, active in DECA and Bentonville Youth Council, and part of a competitive robotics team that received the Connect Award at the prestigious Michiana event. I lead over 220 members in volunteering projects through JustServe. I enjoy dance and finding creative ways to connect marketing, business, and real-world problem solving.
Leila Rebot
I'm currently a junior at Sacramento Adventist Academy. I create newsletters for Next Step Business and contribute graphics throughout the program. I like drawing and painting and have played the piano since I was 4. I also play the flute in my school's band and orchestra. The arts are a significant part of my life, and influences who I am and what I do.
Adhya Nadiger
I am a sophomore at Bentonville West High School. I’m involved with DECA, especially the administration faction. I’ve placed top three in state and qualified for ICDC for the Principals of Business Management and Administration Event. In my free time I enjoy writing, sketching, and volunteering at a curated vintage boutique.
Daksha Kotthinti
I'm a junior at Bentonville West! I volunteer at the library, serve as a junior instructor at Crystal Bridges, and tutor. I am passionate about anything health related- especially neuroscience! I am involved in HOSA, Science Olympiad, Investing Club, West Library Association, and others. Some other hobbies I have are swimming, badminton, and writing!
Harshita Chauhan
I’m currently a junior at Bentonville West High School. I'm involved in various activities at school, including DECA and robotics. I serve as the VP of Hospitality for DECA and take responsibility as the Social Media Lead and Assistant Programmer for robotics. Most recently, I championed at the 2025 DECA state conference. In my free time, you can find me hanging out with friends and taking lots of pictures on my mini camera!
Ananya Palaki
I'm a senior at Bentonville West High School. I am involved at school through Science Olympiad, Skills USA, HOSA, and as a varsity debater. I've qualified to the State Championship 2x. I also have hobbies and skills including writing, creating art, and problem solving. I'm excited to serve as your officer!
Sarvesh Manikandan
I am a junior at Bentonville West High School. I am also a life scout and an ASPL in my local Boy Scout troop. I serve as a percussionist for Bentonville West's Wind Ensemble, and when I'm not practicing, I am leading my family group for DECA.
Arya Gupta
I am a junior at Bentonville High School. I invest a lot of my time in HOSA, Science Bowl, Robotics, and ISA. Some of my hobbies include drawing, working out, and playing soccer. I currently play soccer for Bentonville High school and Sporting Arkansas.
